Standard Return Policy
You can return most new and unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. * Items must be returned in new or unused condition and contain all original materials included with the shipment. All returned items will be inspected and awarded a partial refund if opened. If the return is a result of our error, the full cost of the merchandise and shipping charges will be refunded. We may reduce your refund by the amount of the original shipping charge unless the return is due to PaddlesandBoard's error.

No returns will be accepted after 30 days. No returns will be accepted for items that are used.

Customers will be responsible for all return shipping costs. Customer must contact Paddlesandboards to verify the proper return shipping address.

Exchanges:
We cannot process exchanges at this time. The original item must be returned, and a new order placed for merchandise in a new size or color. If you need assistance, please click here to contact us.
PaddlesandBoards.com is not responsible for any parcel lost or damaged if you choose to ship the return back uninsured or without tracking.

International Returns
Return shipping to the International Return Facility is the responsibility of the customer. Your refund will be made at the exchange rate in effect at the time of purchase and will not include any custom tariffs and taxes originally paid on the order.

Defective Product and Returns Due to Our Error
Defective items, items damaged at the time of receipt, and incorrect items received may be returned without penalty. * Your shipping charges will be waived.
When we receive your return, we will inspect the item and provide a replacement or issue a refund. If the product is not found to be defective, shipping fees will apply and/or a partial refund may be issued.

Electronics
Cameras and Electronics returns must be initiated within 20 days of the purchase date. * The items must arrive at our warehouse within 30 days of purchase. You must return items in their original condition to qualify for a full refund. We will issue a partial refund of up to 70 percent if returned items have been opened.

Oversized-Item Return Policy
Please contact Customer Care immediately to set up a return for an Oversized-Item.
If you refuse your delivery without inspection, miss your delivery appointment(s) or return a non-defective or undamaged product, you will incur original shipping charges along with actual return shipping fees. Return shipping fees typically range from $150 to $695, but may be more for larger items.
All returns are inspected upon arrival at our warehouse. Items not in their original, new, unopened condition may qualify for a partial refund of the product's price. Upon our inspection of returned merchandise, Paddles and Boards. com reserves the right to deduct the original shipping charge and actual return shipping fees from your refund.*

*By purchasing an oversized product, you authorize Paddles and Boards.com and/or its Carriers to assess additional fees to your credit card as necessary. We may deduct original and return shipping costs from your refund or otherwise charge them to your credit card after the product is returned.
